IDS/IPS Signatures and Security Alerts

Real-time wire-speed protection of customers’ information infrastructure is the stated objective of the iPolicy Intrusion Prevention Firewall.

iPolicy Networks has a dedicated SWAT team of technical experts whose job is to track new security threats and develop IDS/IPS signatures. The signatures can be automatically downloaded to iPolicy Intrusion Prevention Firewalls deployed at customer sites for immediate protection of their networks.

The IDS/IPS signature database is continuously updated with signatures developed to protect users from threats and worms discovered by iPolicy Networks’ team of security experts including those identified and published by some of the leading security organizations. Currently, the iPolicy IDS / IPS signature database includes over 2300 attack definitions that can be activated in the iPolicy Intrusion Prevention Firewall.

The following list of malicious attacks and vulnerabilities includes some of the more recent security threats. Clicking on a name provides a detailed Security Advisory that includes: Severity Rating ,the day on which the threat was discovered and how to protect against it.
